Restaurant Stará Myslivna Konopiště was reopened at the beginning of 2009 after a complete reconstruction. The hall of the restaurant is a continuation of the castle interiors and the time of Franz Ferdinand d'Este. The perfect stylish interior is complemented by a rich gastronomic offer consisting mainly of game specialties.
The restaurant prides itself on classic Czech cuisine, which is the prerogative of their chefs. They regularly prepare for you selected venison specialties according to the current season and holidays, such as the St. Martin's Day menu.
