TRX - A very popular exercise where the exercises can be easily escalated as the load can be adjusted by adjusting the body position.

ALPINNING - Alpinning is walking on special trainers under the guidance of an instructor. The exercise is suitable for complete beginners.

SPINNING - Spinning is an original form of training on stationary bikes.

PILATES - Exercise without any set-up, based on smooth diaphragmatic breathing, concentrating mainly on strengthening the back, abdominal and gluteal muscles, developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and breathing.

BODYSTYLING - Bodystyling classes use dumbbells, bars, rubber bands, overballs, rollers, and expanders. Each class is different and therefore fun.

POWER YOGA - Power yoga is dynamic, strong, relaxing and calming at the same time, relieving stress and tension.

POLE DANCE - Pole dancing. A great method to effectively sculpt the body and give vent to the self.

AERO YOGA - Experience with Aero Yoga a state of weightlessness that evokes childlike joy. The exercise is also gentle on your joints and a great way to relieve back pain.
