The technical level of the facility and the quality of the ice meet the requirements for ice hockey matches at the league level and at the level of interstate national teams. It is used by the local ice hockey club HC LEV Benešov, the Ice Skating Club Benešov, the league of unregistered ice hockey players, schools, companies and the general public in the framework of public skating, as well as for training of ice hockey teams of all ages and performance categories.
The ice rink is operated with an artificial ice surface with operation also during the summer according to the requirements and occupancy in the period June-April. Of course, there is time allocated for public skating and pond hockey.
